Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
I’m Jennifer Frahm. Let me tell you a little more about me. I am currently rostered as a mediator in the state of Utah. I have experience mediating all types of family cases including divorce, custody, co-parenting, and guardianship matters. I have also mediated community cases of all types.
After earning BA and MA degrees from Yale University, I went on to earn a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of Utah, where I facilitated a community discussion on “Rewriting the Race Script.” I am an active member of the Utah Council on Conflict Resolution, where I’ve presented “Can Mediators Really Be Neutral? Exploring Implicit Bias and Omnipartiality.” I also actively participate in the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. I am trauma-informed and queer friendly.
Before working as a mediator, I spent time in public and higher education. I have also worked as a case manager, grant writer, and conflict resolution instructor for Utah Dispute Resolution. I currently teach the course “Conflict and Mediation” at the University of Utah to aspiring young negotiators.
I can’t get enough of the great outdoors. I love hiking, camping, and backpacking with my family.
